Register for Athletics

Registration is now open for the 2024-25 school year. Note the start dates for fall sports begin prior to the first day of school.

Be sure to schedule a physical with your medical provider to ensure your student-athlete can start the year from day one without any delays.

All forms will be accepted and signed electronically and only through this process.

Register your student-athlete ASAP/now in order to get that cleared so he or she can practice from day one. No student-athlete can participate in practice or competition until the registration and medical clearance is completed.

Physical Examination
Students registering for athletics must have a current physical examination on file in the athletic office before the student is authorized to participate in practice/tryouts. To ensure clearance for participation, physicals should be completed and turned in to the Athletic Office no later than three school days prior to the first day of practice/tryouts. Here are some recommended clinics should you need to schedule a physical exam.

Payment
Each sport fee is $60. Athletic payments can be made online through your family's Skyward account. For some student-athletes, the payment may not be posted on the account until 1-3 weeks after the athletic season starting. Athletic fees are separate from free & reduced lunch fees. 

Payment Agreement: Student-athletes can participate in athletics even if their fees from the previous season are unpaid. In this case, the student’s family will enter into a Athletics Payment Agreement with the school, acknowledging that the fees exist and must be paid prior to graduation. 

Alternate Transportation Form
A signed release form is required if there are extenuating circumstances in which a student-athlete will not be riding the team bus to and/or from an athletic event. The student-athlete's parent/guardian must complete the form and the completed form is given to the coach. A form is needed for each individual event with an extenuating circumstance.

If a parent is planning on taking their athlete home from an event, they must email the head coach to let them know.
